Hyperscale Data Centre
In Mid -2019 Sudlows were awarded the design, consultancy & commissioning management of a Hyperscale Data Centre campus in Mumbai.
Sudlows have entered into an agreement with the client to conduct all design and consultancy work for their upcoming projects. This has driven the expansion of Sudlows into the Indian Subcontinent and the debut of our second international office!
Sudlows is actively modernising the clientdesign standard, with the roll out of BIM workflows and Revit based coordinated design to LOD450.
The project is currently in Detailed Design stage and Sudlows are developing the design in Revit and meeting our forecasted delivery dates for the drawings. The team are actively engaged in design workshops on a weekly basis, our rich experience in Data Centre consultancy is providing a value add and pushing the boundaries on best in class engineering.

Sudlows Value Add
Sudlows designed the DC Mumbai project within the constraints of an extremely small plot area in the heart of the densely populated city of Mumbai.
Sudlows ultra-compact design allows for 10.2kW IT load per m2 of Total Footprint Area, at this higher density for increased return on investment. The project has been recognised as the most MW per footprint area achieved in India to date.
